In a meeting with Corona Effect / Garba organizers, the CM said there was no consideration of approval till August 30.

Organizers showed readiness to admit 30 percent players in addition to maintaining social distance

Ahmedabad. The state's Garba organizers are confused about the upcoming Navratri celebrations as the government has not allowed large-scale religious functions as well as folk fairs during the Shravan month festivals as the Koro transition is on the rise in the state.

In a meeting between Garba organizers and Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on Monday, Rupani informed him that he had no consideration for approval till August 30.

 He also clarified that a decision would be taken after reviewing the status of Corona's cases after August 30.

Event managers and Garba organizers from various cities within the state met the CM to debate Navratri. He said that preparations for Garba planning for Navratri start in March-April per annum but this point there's confusion over the design thanks to the transition to Koro.

All these issues were discussed with the CM at a time when an outsized number of individuals are becoming employment through Garba planning in Gujarat.

Garba organizers showed readiness, including giving entry to 30 percent of the entire capacity of the bottom.

Social distance is additionally ready for sustainable planning but the govt said no approval might be given for planning within the current situation.

Garba organizer Grishma Trivedi said this is a big industry and discussed the issue of what could happen if many people are getting employment.

The CMA has told us that there is no possibility of getting the matter cleared by August 30. The guideline will then be considered and issued if the situation appears to be improving.

Earlier, the police had also given an opinion not to allow Garba in view of the Corona epidemic. Organizers say last-minute approval could lead to problems, including finding sponsors.

Organizers usually have to start preparations for Navratri 3 months in advance. Last-minute approval is likely to be a problem.
